I. NATURE OF THE PROBLEM – REQUIREMENTS
The facades of a building are exposed to all kinds of weather conditions. They must have an aesthetically pleasing finish while also resisting adverse weather. Paint used on facades should therefore provide good coverage, water‑tightness, vapor permeability and elasticity.

II. SOLUTION
ISOMAT PREMIUM ACRYL is a high‑quality 100 % acrylic paint for building facades. It offers:
• Excellent coverage.
• Water‑tightness that protects the structure from moisture.
• Vapor permeability, allowing the structure to breathe.
• Elasticity and resistance to weather conditions.
• Strong bonding.
• Excellent washability.
• An aesthetically pleasing result.
The product is suitable for external and internal application on new or old surfaces, including concrete, render, brick, asbestos cement and gypsum board.

III. APPLICATION

Substrate preparation
1. The substrate must be dry and free of grease, dust and loose materials.
2. Existing imperfections in render should be repaired with DUROCRET polymer‑modified cement mortar, UNICRET cement‑lime mortar or UNICRET‑FAST fast‑setting white cement‑lime mortar.
3. Imperfections on exposed concrete should be repaired with PLANFIX or PLANFIX‑FINE polymer‑modified cement putties.
4. Cracks or joints should be widened to approximately 5 mm and filled with ISOMASTIC‑A plastic‑elastic acrylic sealant.
5. The surface should be primed with PRIMER ACRYL acrylic primer. When the render is loose and can be rubbed off, PRIMER ACRYL stabilizes the surface. Consumption: 10‑15 m²/l per layer depending on absorptivity.
6. After the primer has completely dried, apply ISOMAT PREMIUM ACRYL.

Application of ISOMAT PREMIUM ACRYL
Thoroughly stir ISOMAT PREMIUM ACRYL before use. It can be applied undiluted or diluted with 5‑10 % water. Apply two coats by brush, roller or spray. The second coat should be applied after the first one has completely dried. Coverage is approximately 12 m²/l per layer.
